Job Description:
We are looking for a long term Cover Supervisor to join a lovely school based in Willenhall
Key Responsibilities:
* Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
* Assist students with their academic and personal development.
* Provide one-on-one or small group support for students who may require additional assistance.
* Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement educational strategies.
* Contribute to the planning and organization of educational activities and events.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of a high school diploma; additional education or training in education-related fields is a plus.
* Previous experience working with secondary school students is advantageous.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Patience, adaptability, and a passion for supporting student growth.
* Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of educators.
