ROLE: Marketing Manager
SALARY: Up to £50,000 DOE
LOCATION: Loughborough (Office based)
THE COMPANY: We are currently working with a leading retailer, who are looking to expand their team and recruit an experienced Marketing Manager to join them on a permanent basis.

THE CANDIDATE: The right candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience within a managerial marketing position.
The successful individual will have proven experience of scaling a brand through elevated content and strategic direction and will be confident in managing a small team.
Advanced knowledge of Google, Bing and SEO is required to be successful in this role. Strong copywriting skills are also a must.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
* Having a clear understanding of the business KPIs and incorporating these into the paid strategy.
* Overseeing the creative direction for content and copy of all paid ads.
* Working closely with the digital SEO agency to ensure strategy is aligned with the business.
* Identifying opportunities and trends and monitoring competitor activity.
* Reviewing and signing off content plans and influencer budgets.
* Managing the CGI and photography strategy.
* Analysing website performance and implementing improvements.
* Strategizing new product launches and preparing launch plans.
* Managing the marketing budget and reporting monthly spend to management.
* Conducting regular 1:1s with the marketing team.
