Job Description:
We have registered an incredible long-term opportunity, working for this fascinating company on the Oxford Science Park. If you are seeking work within one of the most exciting companies in Oxford, read on!

Starting ASAP, the booking will be ongoing until the end of February 2025. You will be working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday. The client is seeking an organised self-starter with experience of high-volume administration in a fast-paced environment, to support across multiple teams. 

Due to the varied and collaborative approach that our client fosters, candidates must be happy pitching in wherever required; the role will involve a diverse task list, so you should be comfortable with research, Excel use to a strong standard, and liaising with a range of key contacts. 

Please note If you are offered the role, it may be essential for our client to apply for an enhanced DBS on your behalf. Please only apply if you are happy with this process.
Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. This role will start quickly, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.
Temporary Administrator Responsibilities
Some examples of the kind of work you will be doing include:
* Researching and collating resources and information
* Developing handbooks, documentation and reviewing policies
* Setting up a CRM
* Setting agendas, preparing resources, and maintaining record documents for meetings
* Drafting and sending mail-merged emails

Temporary Administrator Requirements
* A proven administrator with experience of fast paced and high volume support
* Meticulous and responsive
* Technically savvy, with demonstrable experience across the entire MS Office suite, to an advanced level
* Experience of using databases accurately
* A confident communicator, with the ability to speak professionally and confidently with internal and external contacts.
* Research skills
* The ability to be flexible; working across different functional areas
* Excellent attention to detail
