Job Description:
We are looking for an engaging, committed Teacher to join one of our Good Ofsted-rated SEMH schools. This is someone who can motivate and support students, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons.
* Develop and implement individualized learning plans.
* Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues and support staff.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is preferred.
* Experience with SEMH or special educational needs.
* Experience as a Teacher.
* Strong communication, empathy, and classroom management skills.
