Job Description:
Customer Service Administrator – Up to £24,000 – Whitstable
Responsibilities:
* Processing customer orders
* Liaising with customers over phone and on email to resolve queries
* Assist with shipping information for customers
* Maintaining accurate records and keeping systems up to date
* Use of agreed company and customer shipping portals to book freight collections and monitor deliveries
* Providing general admin support to the team
Ideal Candidate:
* Previous customer service experience
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Competent IT skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook
* Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
* Ability to work alone and as part of a team
