We are currently looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our clients team who are passionate and dedicated to providing outstanding food and service.

The Role:
You will be responsible for the performance, behaviour and attitude of Front of House staff; and for the effectiveness, completion and development of our clients’ training programmes.

The Restaurant Manager has the responsibility to enable the development and delivery of consistently exceptional service and the continued success of the restaurant.

Responsibilities:
*Lead and manage Front of House staff performance and training.
*Develop and deliver exceptional service.
*Monitor finances and contribute to strategic planning.
*Foster a customer-centred culture and drive behavioural change.
*Oversee staff effectiveness and communication.
*Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
*Line manage and develop the FOH team through training and performance reviews.
*Maintain a secure and inspirational learning environment.

Requirements:
*Proven experience in restaurant management.
*Strong leadership and team development skills.
*Excellent understanding of business strategy and finance.

The restaurant is open from Wednesday to Saturday, and you will work 48 hours over 4 days.
