About the Role

Base Location: Perth or Aberdeen
Salary: £26,609 - £30,472 + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.
Working Pattern: Permanent | Full Time | Flexible First options available
The key duties and responsibilities of the Project Administrator are: 
- Processing and managing manual payments and purchase ordering for projects, making sure these are accurately processed and monitored. 
- Scheduling and attending meetings for our Engineering Department, ensuring these correctly issued in a timely manner. 
- Managing and issuing reports on a weekly basis, making sure these are accurate and issued correctly. 
- Supporting the Project Coordination Team to meet deadlines. 
- Assisting the project teams with general administration duties, such as PPE ordering and booking travel. 
What do I need? 
To be considered for this role, we would love you to have: 
- Excellent administration and organisational skills, this role is a busy one and will allow you an opportunity to learn more about our business and interact with a wide range of stakeholders.  
- Good interpersonal and communication skills as well as the ability to muti-task. 
- Experience using Microsoft work packages. 
- The ability to build and maintain strong working relationships, with a variety of Stakeholders.
