Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for:
* Managing an ongoing ERP implementation
* Leading on the annual audit
* Preparation of the financial aspects of the board pack
* Business partnering with the senior leadership team to develop strategic approaches
* Budgeting and forecasting
* Getting involved in forecast modelling for due diligence
* Management accounts
* Management of one direct report

What you will need:
* Previous experience in a similar role, such as Financial Controller / Finance Manager / Senior Management Accountant / Finance Director
* To be qualified in CIMA / ACCA / ACA
* Strong business partnering skills
* Experience in change management would be advantageous
* Previous work within a PE-backed business would be beneficial
