Senior Estimating Manager
Essentials
* Degree qualified in Design, engineering or Quantity surveying.
* Have a minimum of 5 years in an estimating role within a comparable organisation.
* Will have previous experience of working in fitout/ furniture environment.
* Must have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, word, power point, and outlook
* Experience with AutoCAD/and or 3D software desirable
Purpose of role
To assist the Bid department in securing projects/orders for the continued growth of the business.
Key responsibilities
* Download and file Tender enquiries in line with company procedures.
* Preparation of quote template and proposed product information.
* Negotiate with supply partners such as discounts, payments, terms etc.
* Attend pre and post tender meetings with clients to discuss our quote.
* Provide support and advice to Graduate estimators.
* Must have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
* Experience with AutoCAD/and or 3D software would be advantageous.
* Be part of a team producing winning bids and tenders for some of the most high-profile Student accommodation, Residential and Hotel projects in the country and the continued growth of the business.
