Salary: £40,000 per annum (with potential £5,000 performance-based bonus)

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the daily operations of the residential home, ensuring the highest standards of care and service.
* Lead, manage, and inspire a team of care staff to deliver person-centered care.
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
* Manage budgets, resources, and ensure the efficient running of the home.
* Foster a positive, supportive, and safe environment for residents and staff.
* Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders.
* Conduct regular assessments and reviews of care plans to meet the individual needs of residents.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Residential Home Manager or similar role in the care sector.
* Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
* In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and standards.
* Ability to manage budgets and financial plans effectively.
* Compassionate, empathetic, and dedicated to improving the lives of residents.
* NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) is preferred.
* Right to work in the UK.
