Role - Vehicle Leasing Sales Executive
Financials - £28,000 - £32,000 Base Salary + Commissions
Year 1 OTE - £50,000
Location - Hertfordshire

Key Responsibilities:
* Cultivating new leads and identifying sales opportunities is a key aspect of the role.
* Being proactive on social media to secure new business is encouraged.
* Familiarity with systems such as CALAS is beneficial.
* Account management skills for cross-selling leasing solutions are required.
* Negotiating terms and closing sales to meet or exceed targets is essential.
* Collaboration with the team to ensure seamless delivery of leasing services is crucial.
* Providing excellent customer service and after-sales support to enhance client satisfaction and retention is a top priority.
Requirements:
- A Minimum proven sales experience in the automotive or vehicle leasing industry.
- Strong understanding of leasing principles and processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Self motivated.
