As a Senior Compliance Associate, you will play a crucial role in the Credit & Mortgages Compliance Team, delivering a wide range of compliance solutions to their esteemed clients.
What You’ll Do:
* Draft Applications: Assist in drafting applications for FCA authorisation and variations of permission for insurance, consumer credit and mortgage firms.
* Stay Informed: Keep up to date with FCA regulatory rules to ensure compliance and advise clients accordingly.
* Review Frameworks: Review and analyse client documentation whilst applying the relevant legal and regulatory frameworks.
* Compile Reports: Prepare detailed compliance reports on request, providing critical insights for clients.
* Conduct Audits: Assist with onsite compliance audits, helping clients maintain their regulatory obligations.
What We’re Looking For:
* Project Management: Ability to successfully handle projects from start to finish.
* Professionalism: A professional manner and adaptability in a diverse role.
* Compliance Background: Relevant financial services compliance experience of the consumer credit (CONC) and mortgage industry (MCOBS), with insurance industry as an additional benefit.
