£42,000 - £55,000
Sheridan ward is excited to be recruiting for one of our lovely clients based in Harrow, they are looking forward to bringing on board a new HR Operations Manager!!
They are looking for someone who has previous experience as an office manager, as well as someone who has HR and operations experience!
The perfect person for the role would have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as be a super organised individual!

HR Operations Manager Duties:
* Recording confidential actions and taking minutes at management meetings
* Ensure the companies contracts are in order and well managed
* Implementing the companies’ policies and procedures
* Act as the primary manager for HR functions
* Ensuring the induction processes are followed and up to date
* Manage high levels of HR matters
* Supporting with the hiring, dismissal and performance management processes
* Reviewing CVs and select the candidates you would like in to interview
* Arranging interviews
