We are currently looking for an experienced Chef located in the Cotswolds. Our client is a sustainable and organic farm shop, restaurant and Spa with a real family feel. The successful private members Club Chef will work alongside kitchen management with daily operations of all sections across the sites kitchen ensuring the highest standards at all times.

The Person 

The Private members club Chef will have:
* Have experience at a similar level in a similar environment
* High standards of cleanliness, stock control, and task prioritisation.
* Have a thorough understanding of health & safety and food safety guidelines within the kitchen including COSHH and HACCP
* Ideally be able to drive or live locally
* Have a passion for fresh food and good attention to detail
* Have the confidence to create and be innovative
