FinTech
Finance Manager
C£80,000 + to 20% bonus + benefits
Central London
This rapidly growing FinTech has recently expanding into a number of overseas markets. Doubling in size over the past 3 years, this highly exciting and entrepreneurial organisation is leveraging off its cutting-edge technology, establishing itself as a leading brand within the sector.
It has created the new position of Finance Manager to play a key role in the ongoing growth of the business.
Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, the role includes:
* Managing a team of 3
* Overseeing month end close process
* Delivery of consolidated group management accounts
* Identifying and executing improvements across the financial reporting environment
* Support and input into the half year and annual report in line with IFRS
* Key point of contact for audit
* Involved in ensuring Tax compliance, across Tax returns, VAT and Transfer Pricing
* Oversee the delivery of the UK subsidiary financial returns
Required candidate experience/behaviour profile:
* ACA qualified
* Financial Services sector
* Experience of month end, IFRS, consolidations
* Ambitious, dynamic, confident
* High level of intellectual horsepower
* Comfortable in a growth environment that is going through a period of professionalising and maturing
