**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Customer Management**: Maintain and manage a dedicated group of customers, ensuring their needs are met while identifying opportunities to expand sales and open new accounts.
- **Collaborative Efforts**: Work closely with all departments to ensure smooth business transactions and maximise both volume and margins.
- **Sales Processing**: Efficiently process sales orders using industry-specific software.
- **Product Promotion**: Gain in-depth knowledge of the full product range, including the Lubricants department, and actively promote all aspects of the business.

**Ideal Candidate Profile:**
- **Motivated and Confident**: Highly motivated with an excellent telephone manner, confident in both phone and face-to-face interactions.
- **Attention to Detail**: Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
- **Team Player**: Friendly and cooperative, happy to work as part of a small, close-knit team.
- **Experience**: Preferably with business-to-business sales experience. Experience in the motor or fuel industry is advantageous but not essential.
