About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Science Teacher to join our dynamic secondary school team in September 2024. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Science to students from Year 7 to Year 11, preparing them for GCSE examinations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging and effective Science lessons to students across all abilities and year groups.
• Prepare lesson plans in line with the national curriculum.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to enhance student learning.
• Participate in parent-teacher meetings and school events.
Skills:
• Excellent knowledge of the Science curriculum.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements: To excel in this role, you should have:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• A passion for Science and a commitment to student success.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• The ability to inspire and motivate learners.
