Job Description:
Our client, an international law firm, is keen to hire a Patent Legal Assistant to join their team.
This role involves producing high quality, fast and accurate work, with good written and communication skills. The ideal candidate must be CIPA qualified and able to work flexible hours and work under pressure as this is a very busy and demanding role.
The duties will include: producing, amending and transferring patent-related documents and general correspondence by transcribing (audio and copy typing), proofreading, arranging meetings, process client-billable and invoices, maintain accurate case data and clear docket, review docket communications.
