Job Description:
Our client requires a Customer Service temp to work for a few weeks in the busy Customer Service Department. They are looking for someone with good experience of working in an office and be able to demonstrate good attention to detail.
Duties:
* Answer phones all day and take messages from customers
* Log calls on a spreadsheet
* Forward queries to a member of the team if you are unable to help
* Call back customers with an answer to any problems
* Ensure customer calls are responded to within 24 hours
* Updating online files
* Handling some post
Requirements:
* Experience working in an office environment
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong communication skills and confident speaking to customers over the phone
* You must be available immediately to be considered for this role!
