Role Overview

An exciting opportunity to join the Mixed-use Client Accounting team principally working on the prestigious Battersea Power Station development. The role encompasses all aspects of property management accounting in a fast paced and dynamic working environment.  
Key Responsibilities
* Inputting and Maintaining property and lease data on MRI database
* Client reporting
* Bank reconciliations
* VAT reconciliations and reporting
* Payment processing
* Service Charge reconciliations
* Point of contact for Client queries, providing support and advice where necessary
* Attend Client and internal meetings
* Assist with adhoc tasks as and when required
Key Skills

* 3 years property accounting experience
* Strong knowledge of excel is essential including MS outlook and Microsoft teams
* Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
* Capable of learning new systems and procedures.
* Good Communication skills and ability to create good team relations.
* To be able to adapt to a changeable workload

The mixed use accounts team has 34 members. We specialise in working on portfolios consisting of both residential and commercial properties and are committed to delivering a best in class service which we achieve by working in a focussed and team centric environment.
