Customer Service Supervisor - Export Bookings
Full time, Permanent
We are looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to lead and motivate a highly skilled team of customer service coordinators working in a high performance and customer focused environment. Whilst continuously interacting with clients to understand their needs and requirements, they will be providing a professional service to clients at all times whilst ensuring this is promoted throughout the team.
They will also ensure best practices and procedures are followed thus ensuring delivery of KPI’S whilst continually striving to improve the booking process. This includes training, coaching and mentoring co-ordinators on how to deliver the best customer service possible.

Skills and experience you’ll bring to us
* Solid operational knowledge/experience essential
* Commercial experience an advantage to this role
* Proven, successful supervisory skills and a continued positive attitude to people and business challenges
* High level numeracy, literacy and IT skills
* A flexible approach and ’can do’ attitude is essential
* Compliance with MSC’s email etiquette and telephone policy
* Attention to detail, high level of accuracy in order to minimise errors and loss to MSC
* Ability to prioritise workloads and work to tight deadlines
* Maintain good customer relationships of new and existing business
How you will help us and what you can expect
* Supervise resources so that they are used to their optimum to deliver KPI’s
* Building relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally
* Monitoring team to ensure all bookings and vessels are processed on a timely and error free basis in accordance with KPI’s outlined in Nectar and in conjunction with MSC standards
* Handle customers queries politely and ensure resolved quickly
* Assist other colleagues/teams as and when required
* Ensure training and competency plans are in place for each member of staff and monitor in line with performance development reviews
