Job Description:
The Benchmark Operations team is responsible for the maintenance and delivery of varied benchmark data. This includes calculation of benchmarks as well as distribution of 3rd party content, and covers interest rates, commodities, and reformed rates. As such the team upholds positive relationships with many panel banks, associations, exchanges, and data suppliers, and works with other groups across the global organisation.

We work in a hybrid environment and are dedicated to enjoying the benefits of a blended approach: 3 days at the office and 2 days remote as standard. The team works Monday to Friday on a rotated shift basis between 06:30 and 17:00. Some weekend and bank holiday work is required.

In the Content Analyst role, you will have a range of responsibilities: * Daily polling of panel banks, including being a point of contact for their contributions
* Compiling reports and record keeping
* Performing manual calculations and processes and monitoring automated data flow
* Ensuring that relevant data is maintained and delivered in an accurate and timely manner
* Responding effectively to data or technical issues, problem solving and troubleshooting
* Project work of all shapes and sizes, for example onboarding new content or enhancements to existing solutions
* Identifying and/or implementing improvements to processes to support efficiency or customer experience
* Maintaining a good working relationship with internal and external clients
* Supporting the resolution of client cases by answering queries and resolving data quality issues
Required skills and accountabilities: * Communication
