We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Advisor to join the People & Culture team based in Luton. This will be an initial 18 month FTC however there is a strong possibility that the role will become permanent,
Salary is up to £35k.
You will be a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing expert advice and guidance on all aspects of People & Culture, including terms and conditions of employment, recruitment processes, and employee relations matters.
This will involve providing support for a range of HR activities, such as special leave, maternity and paternity leave, grievances, and disciplinary procedures.
My client is looking for candidates who have solid Employee Relations experience.
