Job Description:
Job Title: Sales Manager (Estate Agency)
Location: Derby
Basic Salary: up to £27,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience)
On Target Earnings: £45,000+ (uncapped)
Our market leading client is looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Sales Manager who wishes to forge a career within a highly successful Estate Agent in Derby.
This role is for an existing Sales/Branch Managers, Assistant Branch Managers, Senior Sales Negs or Valuers, wishing to take that next step in their career. You will have the ability to build excellent rapport with your team, lead by example and have the skill to mentor and influence in a positive way.
Ideally you will have a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience within the industry, an excellent track record in both selling property and generating new business. You will be required to value yourself.

The skills required for a Sales Branch Manager.
*Minimum of 2-3 year’s experience in Estate Agency
*Self-motivated & driven
*Strong desire to influence and lead a team.
*Knowledge of the local market area

*Full UK driving licence.
*Ability to generate new business & opportunities.
