Job description Beaumont Home Care are currently looking for an experienced, organised and kind-hearted Senior Carer to join their incredible team.
Role & Responsibilities as a the Senior Carer will include:
* Assisting clients with their daily living and personal care
* Supervising a team of care professionals, providing support and assistance
* Undertaking staff spot checks
* Sharing best practice, skills and knowledge with your team
* Reporting any issues to the management team
* Accurate maintenance of records, audits and compliance
* Ensure care is delivered in line with relevant policies, procedures and practises
* Undertake duties as assigned by the Registered Manager
* Attend induction, in-house training, staff meetings and events
* Part of the on-call rota team
