As a ECT Primary Teacher with Academics Agency, you will:

Foster positive relationships with students, families, and support staff to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment. ?? Develop individualized learning plans to meet the unique academic and social-emotional needs of each student. �? Support students in building resilience, self-confidence, and essential life skills. ???�? Collaborate with a team of passionate educators and professionals to provide holistic support to students.
Requirements: �? Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. ?? Experience working with children in an SEN setting or in a similar setting. ????? Strong communication, empathy, and teamwork skills. ?? Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students. DBS on the update service or willing to get one.
