Management Accountant - Qualified

As a key support to the Finance Director you will provide accurate and timely financial information which the Senior Leadership Team will use to make decisions that drive the growth of the business. As a senior member of the finance team you will lead and take responsibility for upskilling your direct reports. You will stand out as someone with the ability to distil information to its most important and incisive form and present it clearly to decision makers across the business.

Client offer bridging finance on residential, semi-commercial, and commercial properties. As a business, we look at every case on its own merits, and work closely with our clients to ensure their financial needs are met. We are fast, flexible and reliable in our offering.With a vision of having a £250m loan book, lending on average £25m per month, via brokers and directly to investors and property companies, for residential and commercial property transactions across the UK, the client believes that a total commitment to people, values and relationships will disrupt our industry.

the next level of their careers • Looking around the corner so that we have the liquidity required to keep up with our pace of our growth

Must be Proficient with Sage 50 and Bright Office software (training given) and produce first set of management accounts for 2 main companies

Produce reports on covenant compliance for funders

Write the commentary for the Management Accounts which will be presented to the SLT each month

Develop working rapport with counterparts at our key funders and top 10 investors. 

Regular 1:1s with your team

• Compiling pre-reads for SLT meetings • Prepare and produce consolidated accounts for both companies

Essential Qualifications/Previous Experience

• ACA/ACCA or CIMA qualified for at least 2 years • Exposure to specialist lending is an advantage.

Key Details Monday – Friday, 09:00- 17:30

Working Hours: 37.5 hour working week

Salary: Competitve plus discretionary annual bonus.
