Job Description:
Minimum 3 years working as a consultant or manager in manufacturing execution systems, particularly with Siemens Camstar MES and Opcenter Products with good function and technical knowledge on these products.


Qualifications and Expertise:
* Proficient in Siemens MES Software - Camstar or Opcenter, demonstrating functional and technical knowledge.
* Proven track record with 3-5 years of experience working as a consultant or engineer in manufacturing execution systems, with a particular focus on Siemens Opcenter Products.
* Possess a minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in modeling, configurations, and testing of Camstar MES systems.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple life cycles in Opcenter projects.
* Extensive expertise in Camstar, including modeling, configurations, and administrative activities.
* Solid background in providing MES-Camstar support, ensuring system reliability and performance.
* In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes, quality management, and regulatory compliance, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
* Proficiency in customizing workflows, user interfaces, reports, and data models to optimize system functionality and enhance the user experience.
* Proven ability to configure and customize Opcenter MES solutions to align with diverse client requirements, providing tailored solutions for various industries and applications.

Key Responsibilities :

MES Opcenter - Senior Consultant is responsible for the design, integration and delivery of the technology architecture for digital manufacturing across all its domains. The role collaborates with Business Stakeholders, Business Analysts and Enterprise Architects to understand the implications on solution architecture and value realization. The role actively oversees the core areas of Digital Manufacturing including Manufacturing Execution, Quality Management, OEE, among others.

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality management, and regulatory compliance.

Customize workflows, user interfaces, reports, and data models to enhance system functionality and user experience.

Proficiency in configuring and customizing Opcenter MES solutions to meet diverse client requirements.

Create, review, and approve technical project deliverables (such as design documentation, unit testing, implementation plan etc.)

Support the development of project plans and timelines

Ability to work with a team located across various local/global locations

Co-ordinate the development work with other team members and vendors.

Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Problem-solving mindset with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
