Our client a global software organisation is seeking a Data Analyst for their Sales & Support teams to provide analysis and strategic input for a long 2 year contract. Located in central London this is a hybrid role.
Skills
* Experience as an Analyst in pre or post sales support.
* Abiity to think strategically and provide solutions.
* Marketing degree or related.
* MS Excel, Salesforce (Tableau) & other analytical tools.
* In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
* Able to analyse and interpret sales metrics, demonstrating a goal-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
* Provide data and guides to help the sales team.
* Develop and monitor performance indicators.
* Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information.
* Liaise with account managers to develop specific sales strategies.
* Suggest sales process improvements
