We are actively recruiting for a good job opportunity for a firm of accountants in Milton Keynes, who are looking for a Semi-Senior Accountant.
The salary is negotiable and will of course depend on experience and qualification and is open within reason.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare financial statements to final accounts for review
* Prepare accounting schedules
* Adhere to proper accounting standards.
* Work on a wide range of accounts.
* Develop and maintain good client relations.
* Liaise with clients directly or through relevant managers to resolve queries or obtain further information.
* Make timely and relevant recommendations in relation to accounting matters, financial reporting, and accounting systems in use (including software).
Requirements:
* AAT level 3 or 4, ACCA, or ACA studier.
* Strong practical knowledge/experience of accounts preparation with experience within an accountancy practice environment.
* Cloud based accounting systems knowledge would be helpful on systems such as Sage, Xero, and QuickBooks.
