Ryder Reid Legal is working with a US law firm to a recruit a Legal Assistant to join its Private Equity team on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with partners and attorneys assisting with private equity focused work. The work will involve documentation preparation, conducting legal research, providing document management and managing firm resources.
To be considered candidates will have a minimum of 1 years previous paralegal experience within a similar team and the have LPC. The firm offers a competitive salary and hybrid working (3 days in the office).
