Job Description:
HR Advisor opportunity available for a leading charity based in Leeds, West Yorkshire, on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract basis covering maternity leave.
In this role you will be providing HR services to around 200 employees and volunteers. As part of a small team you will be involved in all aspects of HR support, advising managers, maintaining HR records, supporting organisational change, organising training and development; overseeing recruitment and liaising with payroll.
As part of a customer focused team, ideally you will have knowledge and experience in solving problems; supporting managers, employees and candidates with HR or recruitment based issues.
As well as someone who is interested in working in the charity sector, you will also enjoy working in an open plan office, as part of a team. You will have excellent IT skills and a good attention to detail. Knowledge of HR software systems or Team Tailor applicant tracking system would be an advantage. Being able to prioritise workload, juggle competing demands and a willingness to learn new things will lead to success in the role.
