Salary: £39,415 - £45,136 + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.
Working Pattern: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract | Full Time  | Flexible First options available
What is the Role?
As a Smart Campaign team manager within Business Energy, you will support the DESNZ Smart Installation regime requirements running to June ’25. This exciting role involves managing a team responsible for booking smart metering appointments and working towards our overall 2025 rollout target. You will motivate, encourage, and empower your team to achieve Business Energy’s success. You will have various responsibilities in this role including:
- To manage team performance and business SLA’s using best practice, tools, and frameworks.
- Build relationships with all stakeholders and act as an ambassador for your team.
- Drive innovation through your team and across the wider business.
- Ensure functional and process alignment within the team with our strategy and purpose.
- Be an ambassador for smart within Energy Customer Solutions.
What do I need?
To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:
- A good understanding of the importance of smart metering to both the UK’s energy infrastructure and our organisational commitments.
- Experience managing in a call centre or a fast-paced customer service environment.
- Capability to empower your team and deliver business KPI’s is essential.
- Strong customer service skills and performance tracking experience.
- Competencies in people management, communication, organisation, and time management.
