Our global client sits within the Insurance Sector and are experiencing positive growth.
The vision is to become an integral part of the insurance value chain. The expertise of their specialty underwriting teams and their knowledge of the markets and products enables them to offer innovative solutions to their clients.
Reporting into the Head of Operations, this brand-new role will be responsible for checking data entered in the system by the Data Entry Specialist and enforce a series of underwriting controls to the work undertaken. The individual needs to be numerically strong, have high level IT skills and have an ability to produce and report Data Quality reports. This individual will also have direct and unfettered exposure to Senior Management and will be given training across all specialties over the longer period.
You will need to demonstrate a high level of communication and desire to contribute to a small working team, often with limited supervision. This includes adaptability and to step-in and conduct other roles when required to do so. There will be a considerable amount of work to be undertaken but this will not only be contextualised by management but will provide accelerated development as compared to larger competitors. The client is a growing concern, getting the right personnel to join them is crucial while providing a very unique opportunity for the successful individual.
