Bell Cornwall Recruitment’s client is a very large, global law firm with a large office in Birmingham. They have a large New Build Plot Sales team, and the need a New Build Conveyancing Team Leader, who is able to manage a small caseload of their own whilst overseeing the work and caseload of the wider team.
The Role:
* Oversee your own caseload as well as provide support to the team
* Managing instructions in relation to sales of plots
* Deal with Residential, acquisition and sales of part exchange properties for property developers
* Support the plots team with day to day operations and team performance
* Line management of conveyancers and their assistants
* Resourcing and attending interview or the Plot Sales team
* Carry a (reduced) fee earning caseload
* Organise interim client service review meetings
* Implementation of new processes
The Ideal New Build Conveyancing Team Leader will have:
* Previous fee earning experience/managing own caseload.
* Strong legal/technical understanding of conveyancing law and process.
* Excellent organisation skills;
* Excellent attention to detail and numeracy;
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
* Excellent problem solving abilities
* Ability to work from the Birmingham City Centre office
