About the Role:
A leading care provider is seeking a warm, reliable, and proactive Female Support Worker to join their friendly and passionate staff team in Reading, RG2. Their vibrant supported living service provides quality care and support to three active, fun-loving female residents with learning disabilities. The residents enjoy a variety of exciting activities, including trips to the seaside, theatre visits, and cinema outings.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide personal care, administer medication, and assist with domestic tasks such as cooking and cleaning.
* Promote service users’ independence and choice.
* Encourage service users to engage in a range of social activities both within and outside their homes.
* Develop warm and trusting relationships with service users and their families, ensuring they enjoy their time at the service.
* Work part-time hours flexibly according to the needs of the service, including willingness to work sleep-ins (£40 per shift).
* Being a driver is essential for this role.
