Due to continued success and expansion, my client are looking to hire and Office and Operations Manager to join their exciting, growing and vibrant team! You could be joining an established and prosperous international recruitment business headquartered in the heart of London.

The role:
* Office Operations: Oversee the smooth functioning of the office by managing facilities, supplies, equipment and coordinating with external vendors and service providers.
* Reception and Communication: Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere. Answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate team members.
* Event Coordination, Travel and Logistics: Plan and organise company events, team building activities, and incentives.
* HR Support: Assist with various HR tasks, including new employee onboarding, maintaining employee records, coordinating performance reviews, and organizing team-building activities.
* Financial Administration: Collaborate with the finance team to manage office budgets, process invoices, and track expenses.
* Statistics: Provide weekly statistics to the Directors of core business operating information.
* IT Support: Liaise with IT vendors and the internal IT department to ensure smooth operation of office technology, including computers, software, and telecommunications systems.
* Health and Safety: Implement and maintain health and safety policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulation.
* Special Projects: Undertake ad-hoc projects as assigned by management, such as process improvements, research, or team initiatives.
