Community Links & Inclusion Officer - Exciting Opportunity

Salary: Up to £15 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategies to promote community engagement and inclusion.
* Work closely with individuals to create personal support plans that help them achieve their goals and maintain independence.
* Collaborate with local organisations, service users, and stakeholders to foster strong community links.
* Organise and facilitate community activities and events to encourage participation and inclusion.
* Provide training and support to staff on best practices in community engagement and inclusion.
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of inclusion initiatives and report on outcomes.
Requirements:
* Experience in a similar role, particularly within community development or social care.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as required.
* A proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving.
