HR Generalist/Manager * Annual Salary: £36,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience)

My client is seeking an experienced senior HR professional to play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all administrative functions at the head office. This role is integral to supporting daily operations and enhancing organisational effectiveness, with a focus on employment queries, recruitment, training, policies, facilities, and general office administration.
Day-to-day of the role: * Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations.
* Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding new employees.
* Oversee employee relations activities, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
* Administer employee benefits programs and maintain accurate records.
* Maintain the HR system and ensure data accuracy.
* Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Provide guidance and support to managers on performance management and employee development initiatives.
* Manage the employee offboarding process, including exit interviews and final pay calculations.
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR.
Required Skills & Qualifications: * Proven experience within a similar Office Management / HR Manager/Advisor role.
* Understanding of HR best practices and employment legislation.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish effective working relationships at all levels.
* Strong organisational and time management abilities, with keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
* Proficiency in HR software systems and Microsoft Office applications.
* Strong knowledge of social media platforms for recruitment purposes.
* Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) for efficient candidate management.
