My client is an ASian Banking Group looking to hire an IT Assistant Manager for their London office.
Applicants must be fluent in English and Mandarin
Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Support London Branch business departments to develop and upgrade applications and functions.
Project management & Technical support of London Branch business system & Internal management system
Responsible to create, organise and maintain the Data Warehouse and produce the MI reports.
Lead and support branch’s Data Governance work.
Assist to support branch’s information security work and safeguard branch’s network against cybersecurity events.
Support London Branch employees with IT requirements to ensure they have the right technology and support for their day-to-day work.
Support branch IT infrastructure, network and system maintenance.
Assist on HO’s overseas system maintenance, such as functional enhancement, upgrade and testing.
Assist to research new technology and support the transfer of digitalisation in London branch.
In addition to these duties, the Employee may from time to time be required to undertake additional or other duties within his/her capacity as necessary to meet the needs of the bank’s business.
Specification
Degree holder a minimum requirement.
Major in Computing and/or Engineering related fields.
Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
Minimum 3-year work experience (including internship, part-time experiences).
Independent problem solving ability.
Keen to learn new skills and technology.
Preferable with project management experience.
Knowledge and experience on Information Security will be a bonus.
Experience on administering Treasury systems, Banking systems, Accounting systems will be a bonus.
Knowledge on databases, such as MYSQL, MSSQL, will be a bonus.
Familiar with VMWare infrastructure and Windows/Linux operating system administration (and/or network engineering) will be a bonus.
