Area Sales Manager - South West for Cutting Tool OEM
(Devon, Dorset, Gloucestershire, Somerset, Cornwall and Wiltshire)
Upto £55k base DOE, Bonus, Hybrid Car, Superb overall benefits package.
My client is a Global Cutting Tool manufacturer with offices in over 20 countries. They pride themselves on solving engineering challenges across many industry sectors – including maintenance, repair, and overhaul, as well as general machining through to heavy machining, railway, and airframe assembly.
We’re looking for a Multi skilled engineer and you could be from sales engineer, applications engineer, or a CNC Programmer background. Benefits include a salary of £40k - £55K DOE, 15% performance based bonus, Company Car (Hybrid option) Private Medical, Death in Service and a superb overall benefits package.
This role requires the engineer to be visiting with clients across the South West within Devon, Dorset, Gloucestershire, Somerset, Cornwall and Wiltshire postcodes and the occasional trip to head office but fully remote working.
To be successful as an Key Account Manager, we’re looking for the following skills / experience
* Previous experience as a multi-skilled CNC Programmer, Applications engineer or currently a Cutting tool sales engineer
* Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
* Strong interpersonal skills and being customer focused
* Confidently demonstrate solutions and benefits to the end user whilst on site
* Full UK driving license
SALARY & BENEFITS,
* Competitive basic salary up to £55k DOE,
* 15% Bonus paid quarterly (Individual and Company related)
* Hybrid or EV Company Car
* 33 days A.L
* Monthly Lunch allowance = £30 per month gross
* Home Internet Allowance = £32.99 per month gross

* Life Insurance x8 base salary
