Job Description:
REED HR are working with our corporate client based in Leatherhead in recruiting a Compensation and Benefits Business Partner on a 12 month Fixed Contract.

ROLE SNAPSHOT
* Provide advice and guidance to the business on all aspects of Compensation and Benefits using expertise to challenge and influence traditional review of reward
* Position the business as an Employer of Choice 
* Suggest creative and other competitive ways to motivate and retain Talent
* Review/Design bonus programmes
* Deliver the Benefits review across the wider business
* Work with international teams to develop job capsules, salary bands ensuring accurate benchmarking data is assessed
* Design a compelling benefits brochure for the business
