Description
As a Financial Controller duties will include but are not limited to:
* Deliver effective business partnering and financial services to the organisation
* Improving financial controls and business processes
* Deliver financial analysis across the organisation
* Lead a team of 5-6 staff
* Prepare and present financial reports to the board.
* Develop and implement effective financial strategies and controls.
* Monitor cash flow and predict future trends.
* Participate in strategic planning and decision making at the management level.
Profile
A successful Financial Controller should have:
* A full Accountancy Qualification- CIMA/ ACCA/ ACA/ CIPFA
* Held a similar role previously
* Developed and improved financial processes
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
* Exceptional analytical and strategic planning abilities.
Job Offer
* A competitive salary ranging from £64,000- £67,000
