I am currently working with a luxury wine and spirits merchant based in the UK. They are a long standing family run business who are currently going through a large digital transformation, investing in new technologies and cutting edge business solutions.
As the Product Owner it will be your responsibility to enhance the customer management platform to support customer interactions throughout the business.
Responsibilities:
* Work closley with the technical teams to ensure the solution design process is effective at each stage in producing quality outcomes.
* Articulate and execute the vision for the suite of customer management products and understand the impact of product decisions on customer value and relationship management.
* Create detailed user stories that break down epics into end to end functionality.
* Be confident in. owning and end to end capability that is integral to the success of the business.
Experience:
* 4 years minimm working as a Product Owner/Product Manager.
* Significant experience in building customer management process and platforms, particularly CRM for sales, service and marketing.
* Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Confident when speaking to technical stakeholders at all levels.
* Good knowledge of Agile methodologies.
