Trainee Research Assistant London/Hybrid 25K
We are looking for curious, organised, and enthusiastic graduate calibre candidates to embark on a career starting journey! This is a full-time permanent job opportunity with an in-depth 6-month training programme included.
Starting your training at the firms Shoreditch offices with the opportunity to then work remotely from across the UK.
You’ll be working for an international firm specialising in tracing missing and unknown beneficiaries to unclaimed estates, property, and assets worldwide.
As this is a trainee programme, we are not looking for particular previous experience, but the successful candidates will show the following aptitudes: excellent communication skills, attention to detail, problem solving skills, the ability to cope under pressure and work autonomously. Often working with delicate situations, you will need to be empathetic and professional whilst being determined in see a case through to its completion. Ideally candidates will be educated to a degree level, degrees including extensive research are a bonus!
With a starting salary if £26K per annum for the duration of training, upon graduating to a Research Associate you will receive a salary increase to £28K per annum. Key responsibilities
* Research records, both in-house and externally
* Provide effective and efficient administrative service, including scanning, photocopying and filing
* Assist Case Managers with written correspondence and report preparation
* Help with ordering and distributing certificates
* Process family tree requests
* Assist Case Managers with creating distribution schedules
* Undertake training and development as specified by the Line Manager
* Any other additional duties appropriate to the post as requested
