Job Description:
Opportunity for an accomplished New Homes Sales Executive to join a high spec housing developer. The role is based in North Tyneside and will be on a permanent full time basis working 35 hours, with normal working hours being Thursday to Monday.

Job

Maintaining an excellent knowledge of developments, being able to advise customers on construction and completion dates

Ensuring show homes and surrounding areas are maintained to a high standard

Completing demonstrations of properties

Achieving reservations in line with sales target

Ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately to ensure a smooth sales process

Liaising with solicitors and financial advisers, to progress the sale quickly and smoothly

Reporting into the Sales Manager

Helping customers with interior and exterior choices

Experience Required

Previous new build sales experience is essential

Remuneration

£27,000 basic per annum plus commission
