Job Title: CNC Machine Programmer / Setter / Operator

Job Description: A busy and dynamic subcontract manufacturing facility is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer, Setter, and Operator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in programming, setting, and operating CNC machines and will play a crucial role in ensuring precision and efficiency in production.
Responsibilities:
* Program, set, and operate CNC Lathes Daewoo Puma / Lynx with Fanuc controllers and live tooling (Lynx).
* Program, set, and operate Haas CNC Machining Centres.
* Program, set, and operate Studer S31 CNC Grinder using Studer WIN.
* Produce CNC Programs using SolidWorks and SolidCam from customer-supplied drawings / 3D models.
* Read and interpret engineering drawings to ensure adherence to specifications.
* Produce prototypes and small production runs.
* Perform self-inspection of all machined components to ensure conformity.
* Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency.
* Work efficiently to meet customer deadlines.
* Collaborate with team members while demonstrating initiative and self-reliance.
* Ensure customer focus and maintain Quality Management System (QMS) integrity.
* Comply with AS9100D:2016 QMS requirements.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a CNC Programmer / Setter / Operator in a precision manufacturing environment, including turning, milling, and grinding.
* Proficiency in CAD/CAM software.
* Experience in small batch work and handling complex parts.
* Good problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work efficiently and meet customer deadlines.
* Strong attention to detail and self-inspection capabilities.
* Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
