Web Development Manager  – Permanent: Belfast
REED Technology Belfast are delighted to be recruiting for a Web Development manager on behalf of our client, a high profile public sector body within Northern Ireland.
You will support commercial and business growth, customer engagement and communication requirements through:
• Implementation of mobile; data; UX and customer engagement strategies, providing direction for web operations and leading, managing and supporting digital projects across the business. In addition, you will support continuous improvement of the web platform:
      o Design and delivery of replacement/ digital platform(s) and integrations
      o Develop, implement and manage a mobile first strategy
      o Management/ optimisation of CMS/ WEM platform for enhanced CRM capability based on analysis of data from key user journeys and consolidated customer data (user behaviour) across multiple platforms
      o Engagement across the business to share business intelligence and insight that increases understanding, buy- in and collaborative working in the development of evidence based optimized customer experience that maximises potential for customer engagement
• Leverage the integrated digital platform as single biggest point of contact with customers
• Enhance social media integration to improve customer experience, customer engagement and to support a positive brand image.
• To be responsible for overall performance of mobile/ website  
• Line management and leadership of the web design/ online team for BAU.
• Management of suppliers and associated contracts and procurement processes including budget management & project management.
• Other duties as required by line manager.
• Ensure appropriate consideration is given to the organisations equality duties as well as specific commitments associated with your job role.
Essential Criteria
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in development and improvement of a large, Enterprise level website
* Experience of C#, azure, html, payment systems etc
* Experience in integration of third party applications through APIs /open source data
* Experience in delivery and management of large websites
* 3rd level qualification in relevant subject
* Experience in system performance analysis and statistical reporting, data analysis and presentation / reporting
* Experience in working with databases e.g. Excel and Microsoft Project
* Experience of working in formal project environments/ testing
