* Proven experience in a similar role (Assistant Manager, Senior Sales Negotiator, Lister, Valuer).
* Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
* Outstanding customer care and communication skills.
* Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented.
* Full UK driving licence.
