We seek a reliable, friendly and professional person to join a client servicing team providing high quality support to Financial Advisers with financial products including pensions and investments.

The ideal candidate will have :
Excellent IT skills, specifically including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Previous administrator experience, however financial services experience is not necessary as full in house training will be provided.
Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
High level of customer service
Ability to work as part of a team or using own initiative
Working to tight deadlines when required

Your role will include but not be limited to :
Liaising closely and supporting advisers and actioning requests in a timely manner
Producing and preparing client annual reviews/valuations for advisers in readiness for client meetings
Recording client information on our in house back office system
Collating information from product providers via online systems
Ad hoc projects
Part time 3 days per week (Monday to Wednesday)

Starting Salary £22,000 (full time equivalent) or salary dependent upon experience
23 days holiday (full time basis) will be approx. 14 pro rata
